In 2024, Mavis and Randy Frey proudly became the owners of Clayton's Siesta Grille—a place that has long held a special place in their hearts. Mavis began her journey at Clayton's years ago, working her way through nearly every role, from food runner and bartender to manager. She later stepped away to focus on raising her family and pursuing a career in early childhood education.
When the opportunity arose to return and carry on Clayton's legacy, it felt like coming home. Today, Mavis leads the restaurant with the same warmth, dedication, and genuine hospitality that have made Clayton's a beloved Siesta Key tradition. Together, Mavis and Randy are committed to preserving the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional dining experience guests have come to know, treating every visitor like family.
