Pistachio Crusted Black Grouper with whipped yukon potatoes, saffron hollandaise & fresh crab.  Poached Atlantic Salmon with white wine, garlic, asparagus, mushrooms, fresh herbs & artichoke hearts.  Crispy Roast Half Duck almost boneless, served with cranberry risotto, port wine syrup, and tangerine chutney.  Greek Salad with crisp lettuce, Yukon potatoes, feta cheese, olives, roasted red peppers, marinated artichokes, & red wine vinaigrette.  Prince Edward Island Mussels steamed with shaved fennel, basil & red pepper in a sweet tomato broth with grilled crostini.  Bruschetta Toscana Grilled herb panini topped with marinated tomatoes, basil pine nut pesto, and goat cheese.
